New opportunities for citizens

Starting from January 1, 2026, the unified “Digital Mahalla” platform of the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan has been integrated with the Ministry of Justice’s smartoffice.adliya.uz information system.
Through this new platform, mahalla chairpersons are now able to submit citizens’ appeals electronically and directly to the relevant justice authorities. This integration helps accelerate the review process of appeals, enhance transparency, and further improve the quality of legal services provided to the population.
