Meetings were held by the working group of the Ministry of Justice at the Andijan and Namangan regional justice departments with the participation of system employees to discuss issues of combating corruption, shortcomings identified in this area, as well as existing risks and threats.
During the events, instances of inappropriate behavior by employees of justice bodies and system organizations at the local level were critically reviewed. Necessary measures to prevent such conduct were identified, and relevant instructions were provided to the staff.
In addition, explanations were given on the need for strict compliance with the Regulation on Managing Conflicts of Interest within the Ministry of Justice system and other internal rules approved by the Minister of Justice in the field of anti-corruption, as well as the rules of professional ethics, communication culture, and conduct when working with citizens. Employees’ proposals were also heard.
