Design firms in our country, representatives of the creative sector, self-employed designers, and all other volunteers can participate in the competition.

Competition Conditions:

1. Cultural Integration: The enterprise name and logo should harmonize elements characteristic of the cultures of Uzbekistan and Egypt, encompassing mutual traditions and aspects of international cooperation.

2. Dynamism and Innovation: They should reflect dynamism, innovation, and advanced technologies in the agricultural sector.

3. Company's Approach and Vision: They should embody the company's approach and vision and attract international attention as a prospective brand name.

4. Recognition and Memorability: They must be easily recognizable and memorable.

Logo Preparation Criteria:

The new enterprise name and logo should be created in digital format in three languages (Uzbek, Arabic, English), with a brief explanation and description provided for each, and presented both with and without a mockup.

The color profile of the logo should include no more than four colors (convertible to black and white on a transparent background).

The font and colors of the logo should match the brand personality.

The colors and fonts used in the logo should be briefly indicated below the logo.

The company logo should not resemble the logo or identifier of another company.

The logo should be adaptable in size according to the document.

The logo should be applicable on various web platforms and easily modifiable.

The logo should be of high resolution to be easily used in both large and small formats.

The winning participant’s logo should be easy to modify, resize, and reproduce for all purposes.

Applications for the contest should be submitted in JPEG file format.

The winners of the competition will be determined by a commission formed by the “Nile-sugar” company from the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Prizes:

1st place: 15,000 USD

2nd place: 10,000 USD

3rd place: 5,000 USD

To participate in the competition, creative works along with information about the author or firm (full name of the logo creator, email address, postal address, and contact phone number) should be sent to create@nile-sugar.com by July 15th of this year.

Note: A joint venture specializing in the processing of sugar beets is being established in the Gallaarol district of the Jizzakh region in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the “Nile-sugar” company, which is part of “Orascom Investment Holding” of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The creative work of the competition winner will be selected as the official name and logo of this enterprise.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

“Nile-sugar” has the right to use, modify, or edit the winning submission.

By submitting a contest application, participants confirm that their creative work is their original creation and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of other individuals or legal entities.

The winning participant's creative work will become the property of the “Nile-sugar” company.

If the winner is found to have violated the contest rules, they may be deprived of the prize or required to return it.

By participating in this contest, participants agree to comply with these contest rules.

Violation of the rules or failure to comply with the competition criteria or submission guidelines may result in the disqualification of the participant.

The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion.
