The Ministry is an authorized government body responsible for implementing a unified state investment policy, coordinating the attraction of foreign investments, primarily direct investments, cooperation with international financial institutions (representative offices), and foreign government financial organizations. It is also responsible for forming and coordinating a unified state policy in the field of foreign trade and international economic cooperation, as well as attracting external gratuitous assistance (grants, technical assistance, targeted gratuitous assistance) to the Republic.
