Today, October 12, the thirty-seventh regular session of the Zarafshan City Council of People's Deputies took place.

Khusniddin Ernafasov, Chairman of the City Council of People's Deputies, presided over the session. The agenda included the following five items:
1. On the implementation—at the local level—of the "Year of Neighborhood Development and Societal Advancement" program and the "Uzbekistan-2030" Strategy;
2. On the establishment of State Preschool Educational Organization No. 22 in the Navruz neighborhood;
3. On naming an unnamed street in the Bahor neighborhood;
4. On the status of work regarding the provision of drinking water to the population, increasing the efficiency of water resource utilization, and improving the sewage system in the city during the first nine months of 2026; 5. Issues were discussed regarding the findings of the City Council of People's Deputies' Standing Commission on Anti-Corruption and Security Matters concerning the work being carried out to prevent and combat corruption at the City Medical Association and the Zarafshan branch of "Issiqlik Ta’minoti" LLC.
Reports from responsible officials regarding the work undertaken on the aforementioned issues were heard.
At the conclusion of the session, appropriate decisions were adopted regarding the agenda items.
