Today, October 5, an administrative meeting was held under the chairmanship of Zarafshan city mayor Nazirbek Rahmanov.

The meeting was attended by the city mayor's deputies, heads of enterprises and organizations, members of the "Mahalla Seven" (local community support teams), and other officials.
The agenda included:
Measures to prevent emergencies and ensure fire safety at markets and commercial-entertainment venues within the city;
Strengthening executive discipline;
Implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-193 dated September 11, 2026;
Ensuring employment for graduates and developing dual education;
Attracting foreign investment, implementing regional investment programs and export forecasts, and effectively organizing the operations of small industrial zones;
The effectiveness of measures being taken to reduce outstanding debts for electricity, natural gas, cold and hot water, and multi-apartment building management services, as well as the repayment of problem loans; Matters regarding the implementation status of Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-430 dated December 12, 2024, and No. PQ-58 dated February 11, 2025, were discussed.
Tasks were defined regarding the issues addressed, and instructions were issued to the relevant organizations.
