As part of the “From Poverty to Prosperity” program, school-age children from families listed in the poverty registry in the city of Zarafshan were presented with study furniture (primarily desks and chairs), school supplies, and sportswear.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Zarafshan, Nazirbek Rahmanov (who is also a deputy of the Zarafshan City Council of People's Deputies), Shabon Nabiyev (Chairman of the regional “Nuroniy” Foundation), as well as elders and active citizens.
