The "WikiOromgoh IV" event was organized within the framework of the "WikiScholarship" marathon from March 4 to March 9, 2024, at the Youth Camp located in Bostanliq district. The main goal of organizing this camp was to cover universities across the Republic ahead of the third season of the "WikiScholarship" marathon starting this May, to ensure that youth at each higher education institution are aware of this marathon and its rules, and considering the collective method of organization for the third season, it aimed to train future team leaders. The selection of participants for the fourth "WikiOromgoh" significantly differed from the selection processes in previous camps. Participants had to be students, excluding school, college, and lyceum students from participation unlike in other camps. Before the camp started, authorities of all higher education institutions in our Republic were contacted to compile a list of students distinguished by their leadership skills and computer literacy, who then became participants in the fourth season of the wikicamp.
