By assigning the first leaders of ministries, agencies, and organizations, necessary measures were implemented to address their issues and assist them in finding their place in life. This year, 123,000 young people from the "difficult" category across the republic were assigned to 7,965 leaders.
Specifically:
- 1,937 young people were assigned to 71 leaders of ministries and agencies;
- 15,244 were assigned to 750 regional leaders;
- 78,851 were assigned to 4,446 district (city) leaders.
To date, meetings have been organized with the remaining 96,000 young people from the "difficult" category, during which leaders resolved all their issues.
In particular:
- 2,606 individuals (out of 9,753) under probation and 4,548 individuals (out of 14,208) under preventive supervision were removed from the registry early due to positive behavioral changes;
- 6,248 young people (out of 7,083) who regularly skipped classes were returned to education;
- the environment in 3,131 (out of 5,751) troubled families was stabilized positively;
- 15,458 individuals (out of 42,907) who returned from foreign migration were provided with decent jobs.
