It is known that the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Conflict of Interest" applies to:

- state bodies and local government authorities;

- state institutions; state unitary enterprises;

- state target funds; joint-stock companies with a state share of 50% or more.

To ensure the implementation of the President’s Resolution No. PQ-210, the Republican Interagency Commission for coordinating the implementation of the “Conflict of Interest” Law has approved the exact list of government bodies and organizations to which the law applies.

In cases where government bodies and organizations are reorganized, renamed, or newly established in accordance with the law, the Anti-Corruption Agency, as the special authority in the area of conflict-of-interest regulation, will introduce the relevant changes and additions to the List.
