In this regard, another meeting was held under the chairmanship of Yangiyol City Mayor R. Raimov with the participation of City Prosecutor E. Sanokulov, Head of the City Department of Internal Affairs E. Sultonov, Head of the State Tax Inspectorate R. Babayev, leaders of relevant enterprises and organizations, as well as representatives of the “mahalla seven.” The agenda of the meeting included issues related to the collection of alimony in favor of minors. Existing debt cases, enforcement discipline, and ongoing work to ensure timely and full payment of alimony were discussed.

Responsible officials presented analyses for each appeal and enforcement document. Specific measures were identified to prevent evasion of alimony payments, reduce existing debts, and increase citizens’ legal awareness and responsibility.

In this area, targeted work in cooperation with sector leaders and mahallas, studying the situation of each family, and resolving problems on site were identified as priority tasks. At the end of the meeting, relevant organizations were instructed to strengthen alimony collection procedures, ensure strict control over the execution of enforcement documents, and continue systematic efforts to safeguard the interests of minors.
