Dear colleagues, healthcare professionals, and members of the public,
Today, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, deep and consistent reforms are being implemented across all sectors, including the healthcare system. At the core of these reforms are human interests, justice, the rule of law, and an uncompromising stance against corruption.
The Address of the President to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan on December 26, 2025, marked a new stage in the country’s development. Among the priority tasks outlined, special emphasis was placed on combating corruption, which was firmly recognized as a serious obstacle to the development of the state and society.
As the Deputy Head of the Yangiyol City Healthcare Department and Head of the Financial and Economic Department, I firmly declare my absolute opposition to any form of corruption. Integrity, transparency, and responsibility must be fundamental principles in the healthcare system, as this sector is directly linked to human life and health.
In my professional activities, strict adherence to legality and financial discipline, transparent and targeted use of budget funds, prevention of nepotism, conflicts of interest, and any corrupt practices, as well as an uncompromising attitude toward identified violations, will remain my core duties and principled position.
I call on all managers and employees to unite in the fight against corruption and to work honestly and conscientiously. Only a fair and transparent environment can ensure the sustainable development of the healthcare system and public trust. The fight against corruption is not only a legal requirement but also a moral duty of each of us.
Say no to corruption! Let us work with integrity!
Respectfully,
Nuriddinov Muhriddin Husniddinovich
Deputy Head of the Yangiyol City Healthcare Department,
Head of the Financial and Economic Department
