During the reception, citizens' appeals regarding credit, employment, cadastre, housing, medicine, education, and other socio-economic issues were heard, and each appeal was considered in the prescribed manner. Some of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot. For issues requiring further study, specific tasks were assigned to the officials of the relevant departments and organizations, and their execution was taken under control. These organized receptions serve to review citizens' appeals in a timely manner, eliminate existing problems, and further strengthen the open dialogue between state bodies and the population.
