The Deputy Mayor of Khiva — Head of the Family and Women's Department, Munojat Yuvbasarova, held a regular personal reception dedicated to considering citizens' appeals.
During the reception, citizens raised issues regarding credit, employment, medicine, education, cadastre, housing, social support, and family matters. Each appeal was considered based on the requirements of current legislation, and appropriate legal explanations were provided to the citizens. Practical measures were taken regarding issues that could be resolved on the spot. Appeals requiring further study were directed to responsible agencies and organizations, with clear tasks set for their execution. Working with citizens' appeals, addressing them in a timely manner, and ensuring open dialogue with the population continue systematically as one of the priority tasks.
