Because if our mothers and women, the pillars of the family and society, are satisfied with life, then all our people will be satisfied with life. If the people are pleased, the Creator will be pleased with us."
As you are witnessing, today, seeing the conflicts taking place in various parts of the world, we express our endless gratitude for our peaceful life. In this regard, we have every right to consider the women of our country the happiest people in the world.
Today, our women work in all spheres and contribute to the development and prosperity of our country. We are pleased that among them are more than six thousand dedicated women from the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine, and they actively participate in production processes.
Among them are laureates of high state orders and medals, women leaders, as well as scientists and deputies. Indeed, serving the country's development, especially working in the mining and metallurgical sector, requires great courage, true dedication, and resilience.
We are well aware that large investment projects have been implemented at the plant in recent years. It is gratifying that the commissioning of new production enterprises creates new opportunities for the plant's team. As a result, production and economic potential have increased, and it has become a modern company that has its place not only in our country but also in the world. In this, undoubtedly, an invaluable contribution is made by the beautiful and respected, hardworking women of the combine.
There are various professions in the world, each unique. It is no secret that among them, mining and metallurgy is one of the most difficult, but honorable professions. This field requires not only deep knowledge, but also great responsibility and hard work.
Despite the difficult climatic conditions of the Kyzylkum Desert, our women working at the combine earn high trust and pride for their work, courage, and dedication. They demonstrate true resilience and professional success in complex production processes, operating modern equipment, huge cranes, and machinery.
It should be noted with satisfaction that the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine is not only a leader in production, but also demonstrates its activity and leadership in public life, the spiritual and educational sphere, and republican competitions. In recent years, the national competition "Gender Equality Activist" has won in the nomination "Most Active Ministry/State Institution, Organization and Agency in Ensuring Gender Equality."
The organization of the "NMMC - Golden Woman" competition at the combine testifies to the fact that there are many creative and talented women at the combine, and mutual respect and unity are strong in the team. In short, the women of the combine are active and proactive not only at work, but also in social life.
Today, the plant's management has undertaken a good deed - to create a book about the women of the plant. Having familiarized myself with its various chapters and articles, I became convinced that soon this book will become a wonderful gift for our women and their families, and a historical work for representatives of future generations. I am extremely grateful to the initiators of this project for the invitation to write my heartfelt words in this book.
In a word, the women of our country, wherever and in whatever position they work, are always worthy of respect and honor. After all, a mother is a respected person, she is also the educator of the nation. And woman is the embodiment of love and beauty! Therefore, we always value our esteemed women and caring sisters. The charming women of various nationalities of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine also deserve such recognition.
