Currently, the festive atmosphere is spreading widely in our country. In this regard, I sincerely congratulate all of you on the 34th anniversary of our Independence and the 3rd anniversary of the founding of the "Wise Women" movement.
At the initiative of the Head of State, the "Wise Women" movement has been established in our country for three years.
On this occasion, I congratulate you, the most devoted and caring members of the Movement!
We are well aware that the idea of creating the "Wise Women" movement embodies our esteemed President's idea that "An enlightened society cannot be built without enlightened mothers!" and that "we will create a new spiritual space in society and implement all reforms in conjunction with the spirituality of the family and mothers!"
Today, the number of elected members of the Movement is about 200 thousand people, and in this short period, based on your rich life experience, you are making a great contribution to the formation of strong families, the revival of national and universal values in families, and the upbringing of thousands of young people in our country as a generation devoted to their values.
Members of the movement organized 115,550 events among young people to widely promote family and legal relations, the psychology of family life, the basics of reproductive health, respect for spiritual and moral values, and the concept of "Family is sacred."
The role of the "Wise Women" movement in identifying and solving women's problems is manifested not only in words, but also through practical mechanisms, effective methods, and multilateral cooperation. The results, confirmed by figures, show that the impact of this movement on the lives of women on the ground is growing, serving as an important foundation for social stability, family stability, and the well-being of women.
38,894 women in need of social protection and experiencing various life difficulties were assigned to "Wise Women" based on the 1+5 principle. As a result of the promotional work carried out
The attitude of 16,223 women towards life has changed for the better.
Members of the movement studied 854,420 households, identified 58,900 problems related to the upbringing of girls, raising the spirituality of the family and mothers, promoting reading culture in families, forming mutual kindness and solidarity, family divorces, strengthening the educational and upbringing potential of the family, and also formed address lists of families.
Of these, 21,880 families on the verge of divorce were reconciled. The problems of 17,018 families related to unrest, harassment, and violence have been resolved. The socio-spiritual atmosphere of 25,493 families has been improved.

Dear forum participants!
We have many issues to discuss at today's forum. For example:
Strengthening the value of the family, preventing various negative situations, raising children, raising the education of the family, women, strengthening the influence of the "Wise Women" movement in improving the spiritual environment;
Defining future plans and priority tasks of the "Wise Women" movement;
As is known, it is important that spiritual, educational, and awareness-raising work primarily affects mahallas, families, and yields results in the consciousness of our population, as well as in the lives of our women.
As you know, we need to implement effective mechanisms aimed at solving problems related to the family environment, relationships, family divorces related to women's morality, early marriages, early births, crime, and becoming victims of violence.
On this matter:
We have shortcomings in preparing young people for family life, insufficient measures related to family relationships;
An increase in the number of family divorces and the fact that women and children are mainly affected in divorce cases;
Women facing harassment and violence rely more on social networks than on responsible organizations like us;
There are such issues as the insufficient effectiveness of measures aimed at eliminating such negative phenomena as early marriage, early childbirth, and marriages between relatives.
