Starting January 1, 2027, a procedure will be introduced to pay an allowance to women working under an employment contract, beginning from the end of their maternity leave until their child reaches the age of one.
According to Presidential Decree No. UP-193 signed by the Head of State on September 11, the childcare allowance will be provided by the State Social Insurance Fund.
