In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
"On measures for further support of the poultry sector, implementation of modern genetic technologies and the cooperation system" dated June 27, 2024, No. PP–238, the following proposals of the “Parrandasanoat” Association and JSCB “Microcreditbank” have been approved:
implementation of “ready-made business” projects (hereinafter referred to as “ready-made business” projects) in the poultry sector in the Republic, including those specializing in the production of poultry products under the cooperation system;
development, financing, and implementation of “ready-made business” projects by LLC “Parranda Investment,” whose founder is the “Parrandasanoat” Association.
At the same time:
loans to finance all expenses related to “ready-made business” projects in the poultry sector (preparation of project-estimate documentation, conducting expert reviews, and others) are issued at an annual rate of 14 percent, based on an insurance policy with the condition of phased collateralization of the investment project, proportionally to project durations;
expenses related to the insurance of credit non-repayment risks under these projects are covered from the loan funds.
Additionally, in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
"On measures to ensure employment and reduce poverty in 2025," the proposal by the Ministry of Employment, the Veterinary Committee, the “Parrandasanoat” Association, and JSCB “Microcreditbank” has been approved to implement “ready-made business” projects by LLC “Parranda Investment” in 2025–2026 in the Namangan, Tashkent, Khorezm, and other regions.
Taking the above into consideration, there is a need to obtain a commercial offer for the development of project-estimate documentation for identifying a service provider for the “ready-made business” project in the Khorezm region.
Based on the above, in order to lawfully and properly determine the services for the development of project-estimate documentation for the “ready-made business” project in the Khorezm region, we kindly request that you send the appropriate commercial offer and service price to the following email address within 5 days:

The main direction of work will focus on:
development of project-estimate documentation for the Khorezm project (including topographic survey, engineering and geological studies), covering:
a) construction of sites for growing final hybrid poultry;
b) slaughterhouse with a capacity of 6,000 birds per hour and poultry meat processing of 60–70 thousand tons per year;
c) hatchery with a capacity of 2.5 million chicks per cycle;
d) 6 parent stock sites with a total annual capacity of 240 thousand birds;
e) compound feed plant with a capacity of 120 thousand tons per year.
The total value of the project will amount to 70 million USD.
It should be noted that special attention will be paid to the cost of the services when selecting candidates.
