🔵 Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Director of the Livestock and Pasture Development Agency Orif Bo‘tayev held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Uzbekistan Daadankhuu Batbaatar.
🟢 During the dialogue, the parties discussed the current state and future priority areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Mongolia in the livestock sector. In particular,
🩷 It was especially noted that 104,000 Bayat breed sheep imported from Mongolia have successfully adapted to the climate conditions of Uzbekistan and are showing high efficiency indicators through selective breeding with local sheep breeds.
🟡 The negotiations also focused on further expanding cooperation, including the import of Bayat sheep during the current year.
