Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5707 dated April 10, 2019 — “On further measures to accelerate the development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic in 2019–2021”.
This Decree laid the foundation for the implementation of Good Practices — GxP — requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare system of the Republic.

Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-55 dated January 21, 2022 — “On additional measures to accelerate the development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic in 2022–2026”.
A strategic document for the five-year development period of the pharmaceutical industry.

Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-20 dated January 23, 2024 — “On additional measures to regulate the pharmaceutical sector”.
The Decree is aimed at regulating the pharmaceutical sector, developing the industry and ensuring the provision of quality medicines to the population.

Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-13 dated January 28, 2025 — “On additional measures to accelerate the development of the pharmaceutical industry”.
The document provides for additional tasks for the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, including the development of dietary supplements and cosmetics, monitoring of investment projects, digitalization of the sector, establishment of a venture fund and the state institution “Pharm Service”.

Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4554 dated December 30, 2019 — “On additional measures to deepen reforms in the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
The Resolution approved the Concept for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020–2024.

Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-14 dated January 10, 2024 — “On additional measures for the further development of the pharmaceutical industry and acceleration of investment projects”.
The Resolution approves the Roadmap for the development of the pharmaceutical industry and acceleration of investment projects in 2024–2025.
