Only a few days remain before the Asian Games begin. At present, national teams across all sports are undergoing their final preparations for this prestigious competition.

Alongside physical and tactical preparation, particular attention is also being given to strengthening athletes’ knowledge and sense of responsibility in the field of anti-doping.
To this end, the National Anti-Doping Agency of Uzbekistan is regularly organizing seminars for national team athletes. During these sessions, athletes receive important guidance on their rights and responsibilities, the conditions for the therapeutic use of prohibited medications, changes introduced in the updated World Anti-Doping Code, and the different types of anti-doping rule violations.
The main objective of these preventive efforts by the Agency is to support athletes in fully demonstrating their potential at the Asian Games and representing Uzbekistan with honour through fair and clean competition.
