National Anti-Doping Agency of Uzbekistan (UzNADA) and Japan Anti-Doping Agency (JADA) Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Anti-Doping Cooperation

The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration between the two organizations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, harmonization, and international alignment of anti-doping activities in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards. Through this partnership, JADA and UzNADA will promote the exchange of expertise, best practices, and information in key areas such as testing and investigations, education and prevention programs, results management, scientific research, and capacity building.
The agreement reflects the shared commitment of both agencies to protect clean sport, uphold the integrity of international competitions, and support athletes through fair and transparent anti-doping systems. It also strengthens ties between Asia-Pacific and Central Asian anti-doping communities, contributing to greater regional and global cooperation.
Representatives of JADA and UzNADA emphasized that the MoU will create new opportunities for joint projects, professional exchanges, and coordinated initiatives designed to respond to emerging challenges in anti-doping and to support continuous improvement of national anti-doping systems.
Both agencies expressed their confidence that this partnership will deliver long-term benefits for athletes, sports organizations, and the wider sporting community in Japan, Uzbekistan, and beyond.
