Reference: Loan Agreement between Saudi Fund for Development and the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. UZB-4/588)

1.    The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Saudi Fund for Development (“Fund”) towards the cost of “Construction and Equipping Specialized Scientific Medical Centers with Modern Medical Equipment Project”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for Procurement of ambulances (reanimobiles) for the perinatal service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. UZB-4/588/ICB/PC/02).

2.    The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan herewith invites eligible Bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following equipment:

Qualification requirements include: technical capacity, financial capacity, experience and technical compliance. Additional details are provided in the Section III of the Bidding Documents.

3.    Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures using one-stage two envelope method and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

4.    Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Management Unit and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 10.00 to 17.00 hours (Tashkent time).

5.    A soft version of complete set of bidding documents in English and Russian will be shared to the interested bidders upon written request to the email address sfd.ssmc@gmail.com.  A request shall include name of the project, ICB No. UZB-4/588/ICB/PC/02, full name, country of origin and address of the interested Bidder.

6.    Bids shall be delivered to the address below at or before 15:00 (Tashkent time), 18.11.2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of following amount equivalent to:

Late bids will be rejected. Bids in electronic form will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 15:10 (Tashkent time) 18.11.2024.
