Examinations Held for Targeted State Grant Quotas at Foreign and Non-State Higher Education Institutions

Today, on October 28, selection examinations for targeted state grants were held across all regions of the country for students enrolled at branches of foreign higher education institutions and non-state higher education institutions.
The examinations were conducted pursuant to Presidential Decree No. PF-58 of April 10, 2026, with the aim of objectively assessing young people's knowledge and potential and selecting eligible candidates for state grants.
More than 2,900 eligible candidates took part in the examinations. ___ candidates were disqualified for violating the established examination rules.
In accordance with the applicable procedure, candidates who achieve at least the established minimum qualifying score will be recommended for state grants within the allocated quotas, based on the ranking of their examination results.
Official examination result records will be submitted to the relevant higher education institutions in accordance with the established procedure.
