Meeting with Citizens and Youth Held in Navoi Region

During the event, citizens who had addressed issues related to the activities of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Competencies were received in person. Each issue raised was considered on site and examined in detail.
The participants were also provided with explanations regarding the outcomes of ongoing and consistent reforms in the areas of state programmes, higher education, the national certification system, and the training of qualified and competitive professionals. Particular attention was paid to the conditions being created, at the personal initiative of the Head of State, to enable young people to receive modern education, as well as to the opportunities and benefits available to them, the substance and significance of relevant supporting legal documents, factors encouraging education, the potential of artificial intelligence, and digitalisation as one of the key conditions for development.
The next part of the event featured an open and sincere dialogue with graduates of general education institutions, teachers, and young people.
During the reception, teachers’ proposals concerning the testing system and the assessment of knowledge and competencies were reviewed, and possible solutions were jointly analysed.
Young people were provided with important legal information concerning the rights and responsibilities of the youth of New Uzbekistan, as well as the goals, opportunities, and projects envisaged for them. The commitment of young people in Navoi region to gaining knowledge and mastering modern professions was highly appreciated, and confidence was expressed in their active participation in achieving the key objectives set in the field of education.
