“Youth Voices – For the Future” Open Roundtable Discussion Held

The event was attended by the Agency’s management, active youth, and mentor staff members, who shared their views and proposals on key reforms aimed at the development of our country.
⌛️ During the discussion, special attention was paid to the following areas:
🔹 Supporting youth employment and engagement;
🔹 Expanding education and vocational training opportunities;
🔹 Strengthening an active civic position in society;
🔹 Youth participation in implementing the priority tasks outlined in the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy.
✍️ In addition, Deputy Director F. Mirzayev emphasized that many young employees currently working at the Agency are engaged in scientific research. He highlighted the importance of supporting young specialists who are working on digitalization initiatives and the application of artificial intelligence within sector-focused programs.
In turn, mentor staff members spoke about the essence of these state programs adopted by the government, their significant role in societal development, their immense importance in education and social life, and the fact that they are enriched by public opinion and proposals.
❗️ The discussion was held in an open and sincere atmosphere. It was noted that the initiatives and proposals put forward by young participants would play an important role in ensuring the effective implementation of these programs.
