Official Meeting Between Türkiye’s ÖSYM and the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Competences

On 19 November 2025, an official meeting was held in Ankara between Bayram Ali Ersoy, President of ÖSYM – the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center of Türkiye, and the delegation of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Competences under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed:
– the organisation and evaluation processes of examinations;
– the integration of digital technologies;
– measures to ensure examination security.
The sides also explored opportunities for cooperation in the following areas:
– exchange of experience and information;
– professional development of specialists;
– best practices in examination security.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties reviewed prospective joint initiatives and agreed to maintain ongoing mutual dialogue.
