A new safari tourism project is planned for the Amudarya district.

To further enhance the tourism potential of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, particularly the Amudarya district, and to create new tourism products, provide employment for the local population, and increase the flow of domestic and international tourists, a new project for safari and desert tourism is planned for the shores of Lake Saikul.
The project includes the construction of 5 national yurts, a food service point, a souvenir shop, a beach area, a fishing spot, and sanitation facilities, as well as the organization of horseback riding services.
In addition, the tour operator has 10 off-road vehicles for organizing safari tours. This will allow guests to safely and enjoyably explore the unique nature and picturesque landscapes of the desert terrain.
