District of Uychi, Namangan region

Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Majlis Marufjon Rakhmanov visited the Keskanyor and Gayrat mahallas in the Uychi district and got acquainted with the activities of the "ettilik" system in the mahallas, the implementation of work maps, ensuring employment of the population and increasing family income.

During the visit:

✅ The activities of an entrepreneur who started a tailoring business with a preferential loan allocated by the mahalla bank and is teaching dozens of young girls a profession based on the "master-student" tradition were reviewed;

✅ The livestock farm established with a preferential loan of 100 million soums allocated to a family of a citizen who returned from labor migration was reviewed, and it was recognized that a stable source of income was created through cattle, sheep and poultry farming;

✅ The activities of the "Gayrat obi hayot" NGO operating in the Gayrat mahalla were studied;

✅ The appeals of the residents of the neighborhood regarding the asphalting of the streets were listened to, and specific instructions were given to the responsible leaders to resolve them positively;

✅ The activities of the rural medical center located in the Gayrat neighborhood, which serves 20 thousand residents, were also studied. The existing stock of medicines for first aid was reviewed, and the problems and shortcomings reported by medical workers were listened to. Specific tasks and instructions were given to the relevant responsible leaders to eliminate them.

At the end of the visit, the deputy emphasized that supporting entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, targeted work with the population's appeals, and forming a stable source of income for each family are among the priorities of today's state policy.
