In order to study the issues of citizens in Uychi district on the spot and find quick and effective solutions to their appeals, another mobile reception was organized in the most remote area of ​​the district - Yangihayot mahalla. The district governor Muzaffar Abdullaev, officials of the People's Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the district, and heads of relevant departments and organizations participated in it and held an open dialogue with citizens. During the reception, residents addressed the problems that were troubling them, expressed their suggestions and opinions. 21 appeals were received from citizens, mainly in the Adir region, such as water problems in irrigating field plots, asphalting some streets, installing pedestrian walkways, night lighting, controlling stray and stray dogs, and providing social assistance. 13 of them were resolved on the spot. During the reception, necessary measures were determined and their implementation was monitored to resolve citizens' appeals in a timely manner and find legal solutions without causing them unnecessary inconvenience. Such open dialogues with the population serve to deeply study local problems, listen to citizens' concerns and eliminate them. This is one of the important steps towards ensuring the interests of the people and increasing public satisfaction.
