Answer: In the electronic online auction on the electronic trading platform "IJARA-URMON.UZ," it is assumed that one or more applicants will participate, and the winner of the auction will be the participant who offers the highest price for leasing a land plot of the state forest fund.

Answer: You will have to apply in writing to the forestry to which the territory you have seen and known belongs, since the forest fund lands you have seen are not covered by forest, are not used, and are vacant, the farm specialists will prepare a conclusion, after which they will send information to the customer in electronic form for conducting an electronic online auction on the "IJARA-URMON.UZ" electronic trading platform.

 

Question: What activities can be carried out on forest lands?

Answer: Forestry (by planting perennial ornamental and industrial trees), fruit and walnut orchards, cultivation of medicinal plants, establishment of seedling production, planting of agricultural crops, development of fish farming, animal husbandry, poultry farming, beekeeping, development of scientific research, cultural-educational, educational, health-improving, recreational, aesthetic and ecological tourism, organization of hunting farms and other types of activities (limoneries and greenhouses, paid services to the population) can be used.

In the future, a procedure is being developed to give preference to local residents in leasing forest fund lands.

Answer: This is stated in Clause 14 of Resolution No. 86 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 22, 2022, "On Procedures for Issuing Certain Permitting Documents through a Special Electronic System."

In the event of precipitation, rainwater flowing from the slopes should accumulate in the area.
