The Forestry Agency under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change invites all applicants to participate in the tender for the purchase of 10 bulldozers, 10 front hoists, 11 compact pallet excavators, 14 wheeled excavators under lot 1 "Supply of heavy machinery and tractors for forestry and land management" for forestry enterprises within the framework of the project "Restoration of sustainable forest landscapes in Uzbekistan," implemented jointly with the World Bank, as well as 17 wheeled tractors (80-90 horsepower) and 13 wheeled tractors (150-160 horsepower) under lot 2.

- Tender documentation in English can be obtained after submitting a written application at the address indicated below. Documents are sent by e-mail.

- Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM Tashkent time on September 26, 2025. The envelopes, which are "ORIGINAL OF THE PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PART," will be opened publicly on September 26, 2025, at 15:10 in the presence of designated representatives of the tender participants and all interested parties. Electronic trading is not allowed. Delayed tender proposals will be rejected.

All envelopes marked "SECOND ENVELOPE: FINANCIAL PART" are not opened, and the responsibility for their storage until public opening rests with the Buyer.

- Within Lot 1, tender proposals must have guaranteed security in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) US dollars.

- Tender proposals within Lot 2 must have guaranteed security in the amount of 20,000 (twenty thousand) US dollars.

- In accordance with the Procurement Regulation, the Borrower is obliged to disclose the beneficial ownership right of the winning participant as part of the notification of the contract, using the form of disclosure of the beneficial ownership right included in the tender documentation.

For information, tenders are carried out through international competitive procurement using a proposal request (PPS) in accordance with the World Bank's November 2020 Regulation on Procurement for Borrowers (PPS). Procurement will be conducted openly for all authorized bidders.
