- According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 30, 2025 No. UP-90, starting from October 1, 2025, a number of mechanisms will be introduced aimed at increasing public participation in the implementation of the national project "Yashil Makon," ensuring openness and digitalization on the electronic platform "Yashil Makon."

Including:

(a) the specific area (district (city), street, land plot coordinates), water supply, possibility of further care, and types of trees that can be planted at the initiative of the population are indicated;

(b) Information on the work carried out at the expense of funds allocated from the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the nationwide project "Yashil Makon" is communicated to the public online based on the principle of "monitoring the spending of every penny";

(v) information about the person applying for a permit to cut down trees and shrubs, the tree proposed for removal or felling, and the reason for the removal (cutting), its exact location, location, photo and video;

(g) a system for accounting for tree and shrub seedlings planted as compensation by persons who have illegally cut down or destroyed valuable species of trees and shrubs not included in the forest fund;

(d) Information on individuals and legal entities who illegally fell trees, these violations, and the measures taken against them will be regularly entered into the "Yashil Makon" electronic platform.
