Public participation in the implementation of the nationwide “Yashil Makon” project to be strengthened in Namangan

The event was attended by representatives of the regional and district administrations, officials of the Regional Department of Ecology and Climate Change, employees of the Namangan State Forestry Enterprise, as well as representatives of the mass media.
The seminar addressed issues related to preparing land plots for planting seedlings, selecting suitable tree species, effectively introducing water-saving irrigation systems, strengthening public participation in project activities, and providing appropriate incentives to active members of the community.
In addition, participants received detailed explanations regarding the content and significance of Presidential Decree No. 206, as well as the tasks outlined in the document.
At the conclusion of the seminar, specialists provided participants with practical recommendations and guidance on compost preparation, mulching, and scientifically based tree planting techniques.
