The Professional Capacity of Forestry Workers to Be Further Enhanced

The Kattakurgan State Forestry Enterprise is establishing partnerships with educational institutions to strengthen human resource capacity and apply modern knowledge and experience in practice.
To promote seed production and nursery management in forestry, support the scientifically based cultivation of medicinal plants, and put theoretical knowledge into practice, partnerships have been established with Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology, as well as the Green Technical College.
As part of this cooperation, 30 employees of the forestry enterprise will receive training through the dual education system. This approach will help train qualified specialists for the sector, enhance their knowledge and practical skills, and promote the wider adoption of innovative approaches.
