The Resolution also sets another important objective: to increase the number of specialists holding advanced academic degrees in ecology, environmental protection, and climate change to 150 by 2028.
By 2030, these technical colleges are expected to train a total of 10,000 mid-level specialists, further strengthening and expanding the country's environmental education system.
