As part of the international conference “China–Central Asia Cooperation in Combating Desertification,” currently being held in Yinchuan, China, a meeting took place between Erkin Mukhiddinov, Director of the Forestry Agency, and Sun Weidong, Secretary-General of the China–Central Asia Secretariat.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to ensuring environmental sustainability through combating desertification, strengthening bilateral cooperation, and organizing further official meetings within the framework of this international event.
During the discussions, Erkin Mukhiddinov particularly emphasized the significant role of this international conference in restoring regional ecosystems, establishing new forests, and implementing promising joint projects.
