In order to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. 798 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 18, 2025, the Fergana State Forestry under the Forestry Agency is carrying out practical measures aimed at the effective use of forest fund lands.

In particular, to increase the income of families included in the Social Register and to provide employment for them, mulberry plantations have been established in the Shohimardonobod division of the forestry enterprise. Mulberry saplings were planted on a total area of 6 hectares by forestry workers, and the required agrotechnical measures were implemented.
The mulberry plantation lands were allocated to low-income families on preferential terms for maintenance and cultivation. It is planned to plant profitable agricultural crops between the rows of mulberry trees.
As a result, an additional source of income is being created for socially vulnerable families.
