During the meeting, the Chinese business delegation was presented with a comprehensive overview of the district’s investment potential in the construction, energy, and industrial sectors, as well as existing opportunities and the favorable conditions created for investors.
During the negotiations, special attention was given to the “Uchtepa City” project, which envisions the construction of a modern business center and a multi-story residential complex with a total investment value of USD 1 billion.
It was emphasized that this large-scale project is planned as a new urban development featuring modern infrastructure and offering all the necessary conditions for comfortable living and successful business activities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, representatives of Beijing Dingrun Jiande Investment expressed strong interest in the promising project and stated that they would thoroughly explore opportunities to invest in its implementation.
The parties also reached an agreement to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation, implement joint investment projects, and strengthen practical partnership in the future.
