Industrial Potential of Tashkent Region Draws Attention of Major Chinese Engineering Company

A delegation from Tashkent Region, led by Regional Governor Zoyir Mirzayev, is currently on a working visit to the People’s Republic of China.
On the first day of the visit, a meeting was held in Beijing with representatives of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd., a company with extensive international experience in construction materials and industrial engineering.
The meeting focused on prospects for cooperation in establishing modern production capacities in Tashkent Region, developing the construction materials industry, technologically modernizing industrial enterprises, and introducing advanced engineering solutions.
Sinoma International Engineering implements comprehensive projects for the global cement and mining industries based on the EPC model and also manufactures high-tech equipment for production lines, including rotary kilns and crushers.
Notably, the company is currently expanding beyond traditional industrial sectors and is also developing renewable energy, environmental protection, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence-based management systems.
The company’s implementation of more than 1,000 projects in over 70 countries demonstrates its strong international capabilities and extensive experience.
According to the results of 2025, the company’s revenue amounted to $73.27 billion, net profit reached $4.23 billion, while total assets stood at $91.65 billion.
Following the meeting, the Tashkent Region delegation became closely acquainted with the company’s activities.
In particular, the delegation studied the company’s advanced engineering solutions, production technologies, high-tech equipment, and experience in implementing modern industrial projects.
At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties agreed, taking into account the existing industrial potential and investment opportunities of Tashkent Region, to jointly explore projects in construction materials, industrial engineering, advanced technologies, and promising manufacturing sectors, and to advance them towards practical implementation.
