Governor of the Tashkent Region Zoyir Mirzayev held an online meeting with Alexander Zaytsev, a prominent Belarusian entrepreneur, founder and managing partner of Bremino Group, Ruzekspeditsiya, VLATE Logistik, and SOHRA gr., a leading organizer of international customs and logistics businesses, and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Zambia in the Republic of Belarus.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, the implementation of new transport and logistics projects, and the expansion of mutually beneficial ties between the regions.

Particular attention was given to proposals for establishing modern railway logistics centers in the Tashkent Region, developing freight transportation routes, and making more effective use of international transport corridors.

The parties also discussed expanding trade in agricultural products, particularly the supply and storage of meat and other food products. In this regard, prospects for constructing modern refrigerated warehouses and storage facilities in the Tashkent Region were reviewed.

The meeting also focused on strengthening industrial cooperation, including collaboration in the furniture manufacturing sector and the introduction of advanced Belarusian technologies and expertise into local production processes.

It was noted that the companies led by Alexander Zaytsev possess extensive experience in international logistics, customs services, and trade infrastructure, making joint projects in these areas beneficial for both sides.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their efforts to strengthen cooperation, implement investment projects, and expand ties between business communities.
