Tashkent regional administration

The many years of dedicated service of Uskenboy Atemov, Hokim of Yuqori Chirchiq District, in public administration have been highly recognized.

In accordance with the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he was awarded the “Mehnat Shuhrati” (Labor Glory) Order for his significant contribution to the reforms being implemented in the country and to regional development, as well as on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

On this occasion, a ceremonial state award presentation was held today at the Tashkent Regional Hokimiyat.

The event was attended by regional community leaders, representatives of senior citizens and youth, district and city hokims, heads of regional departments and organizations, members of the Yuqori Chirchiq District community, deputies, the jubilarian’s longtime colleagues, mentors, and students.

During the ceremony, Gʻafurjon Mirzayev, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, read out the presidential decree awarding Uskenboy Atemov this prestigious honor.

The order was presented on behalf of the Head of State by Zoyir Mirzayev, Hokim of Tashkent Region.

Those who addressed the gathering sincerely congratulated Uskenboy Atemov on receiving the state award and on his 70th birthday, emphasizing that his dedicated service to the people, extensive leadership experience, and substantial contribution to regional development had received well-deserved recognition.

The event was also attended by Khayriddin Sultanov, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and presidential speechwriter, who delivered remarks during the ceremony.
