Nurafshan’s New Architectural Vision Discussed

The Governor of Tashkent Region, Zoyir Mirzayev, reviewed the presentation of major facilities planned for construction within Yangi O‘zbekiston Park and the Nurafshon Business City area.
The project is aimed at shaping the modern image of Nurafshan, creating comfortable living conditions for residents, and bringing the region’s administrative, educational, healthcare, and cultural infrastructure to a new level.
During the presentation, designs for several key facilities planned for the area were showcased. Detailed information was provided on the architectural concepts and functional features of projects including the “Future Center,” a multidisciplinary medical center, the Tashkent Regional Administration building, the Regional State Archive, the “Youth Town,” the regional office of the Bureau of Enforcement, the regional branch of the Migration Agency, the Academy of Arts complex, the regional branch of the Narcology Service, Tashkent State Technical University, and the Advanced Vocational Skills Technical College.
The regional governor listened to reports from responsible officials, architects, and representatives of project organizations and provided recommendations on ensuring that the buildings are constructed in accordance with modern standards, creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents, increasing green spaces, and integrating the developments with transport and pedestrian infrastructure.
As emphasized during the presentation, “Nurafshon Business City” is envisioned as a modern business and public center that will bring together government institutions, educational and healthcare facilities, cultural venues, and service-oriented establishments. The implementation of the project is expected to enhance the area’s investment attractiveness, create new jobs, and improve the quality of life for residents.
In addition, Zoyir Mirzayev visited the Regional Palace of Arts, which is currently under construction. After reviewing the progress of the works on site, he met with representatives of contracting organizations and construction workers.
During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the quality of construction and installation works, compliance of building materials with established standards and requirements, strict adherence to project deadlines, and occupational safety issues. The governor noted that the facility would become one of the region’s key cultural landmarks and instructed all parties to ensure that the construction work is carried out responsibly and to a high standard.
According to reports, the Palace of Arts, being built based on modern architectural solutions, will be a multifunctional complex capable of hosting cultural and educational events, concerts, and creative meetings at a high level.
