At the event, specialists from the territorial department of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Karakalpakstan provided detailed information on the procedure for using electronic government services.

During the seminar, the participants were explained the possibilities and advantages of the my.gov.uz - Single Portal of Interactive Public Services, the procedure for its use, as well as the possibilities of remotely obtaining various public services. Additionally, practical examples demonstrated opportunities to save time, prevent redundant queues and paperwork, and ensure convenient and prompt access to public services through the portal.

Such seminars and trainings serve to increase the digital literacy of the population, develop skills for the effective use of electronic government services, and expand access to digital services.
