Surkhandarya regional administration

Today, October 20, an international business forum was held in Hefei, the capital of China’s Anhui Province, with the participation of a women entrepreneurs’ association and representatives of major businesses.

The forum focused on expanding economic cooperation across various sectors, attracting foreign investment to the region, and implementing mutually beneficial projects.

The Surkhandarya regional delegation attended the event, comprising officials responsible for investment at the regional administration, heads of enterprises and organizations, and local entrepreneurs.

As part of the forum, Botir Safarbuvayev, Head of the Secretariat of the regional administration, delivered a presentation on Surkhandarya’s economic and investment potential, available opportunities, and promising projects planned for implementation. The presentation also outlined priority areas for cooperation with foreign investors.

During the visit, particular attention is being paid to meetings with executives of major Chinese companies, the development of investment partnerships, and the study and exchange of best practices in the education sector.

Participation in the international business forum provides an important platform for showcasing Surkhandarya’s economic and investment opportunities to international business communities, establishing new partnerships, and advancing promising investment projects towards practical implementation.
