Surkhandarya regional administration

As part of the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission between Uzbekistan and Russia, as well as the 3rd meeting of the Council of Regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region, Ulugbek Kosimov, Governor of the Surkhandarya Region, Andrey Travnikov, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, and Viktor Tomenko, Governor of Altai Krai, visited the Neftchi Children’s Football Academy.

The guests were provided with information about the academy’s system for training young footballers, the educational and training process, as well as the conditions created for athletes.

Currently, 338 young footballers are regularly training in 23 groups at the academy.

During the visit, members of the delegations familiarized themselves with the academy’s modern sports infrastructure, football fields of various formats, and training facilities. It was also noted that modern technologies, including European technologies, are used to regularly analyze the physical and sporting performance of the footballers.

The guests familiarized themselves with the conditions created for young footballers, the modern training infrastructure, and the work being carried out to develop football at the academy, expressing their positive impressions of the facilities and activities.
