RESULTS OF THE SECOND STAGE OF THE TENDER OF THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HOSPITAL IN FERGANA REGION
Participants in the second stage of the tender for the project to establish an 800-bed, multidisciplinary hospital in the Fergana region, supported by the International Finance Corporation:
1. “Fouad Alghanim & Sons Group of Companies Holding WLL” (Kuwait);
2. “Meridiam Eurasia 2 SAS” (France) and “RNS PPP SOSYAL ALTYAPI A.S.” (Turkey); consortium; 3. “Plenary Middle East Limited” (UAE); 4. “Tasyapı İnsaat Taahhut Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.” (Turkey); 5. “YDA INSAAT SANAYI VE TICARET A.S.” (Turkey); and 6. “KOC CONSTRUCTION MEKANIK ELEKTRIK LLC FE” (Uzbekistan), “SILA GROUP” (Turkey) and “Al Gihaz Holding Company”
(Saudi Arabia) consortium were announced.
On 10 April 2025, the Fergana regional administration issued resolution
No. 194-11-0-Q/25, titled 'On the establishment of an 800-bed multidisciplinary hospital in the Fergana region with the support of the International Finance Corporation'. This resolution allocated eight hectares of land to the Ministry of Health for the project, granting them the right to permanent use in the 'Eco-City' area of Fergana City.
On 18 June this year, the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation, presented the land allocated for the project in the 'Eco-City' area of Fergana city to familiarise themselves with the area. They held a presentation, distributed tender documents to participants and conducted the second stage of the tender.
