The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from KfW toward the cost of the project for the Modernization of Regional Medical Multi-profile Centers (Phase IV), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract(s) for the “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Training and Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment, Furniture and Computer Equipment for Regional Children's Medical Multi-Profile Centres”.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

Bidders may submit a bid for one, several, or all Lots. Each bid must contain 100% of the quantities and items specified within each Lot. Bids will be evaluated separately on a Lot-by-Lot basis, and contracts may be awarded for individual Lots or for multiple Lots combined. A Bidder may be awarded multiple or all Lots, provided that the Bidder is the lowest evaluated substantially responsive Bidder for such Lots and meets the aggregate qualification requirements for the total number of Lots awarded.
Bidding will be conducted by means of the International Competitive Bidding (”ICB”) procedure with qualification as specified in KfW’s Procurement Guidelines (“KfW Guidelines”) using a one-stage, one-envelope method and open to all Bidders from eligible countries https://www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de/PDF/Download-Center/PDF-Dokumente-Richtlinien/FZ-Vergaberichtlinien-V-2021-EN.pdf.

Bids must be delivered to the address indicated below and in the clause ITB 22.1 of the bidding document on or before 15:00 hours (Tashkent time) October 10, 2025.
Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in a public session in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives.
- All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security.
