The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan received a loan from the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) for the implementation of the project “Equipping medical institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing urological and hemodialysis care” and intends to use part of these funds for the corresponding payments for the purchase of medical equipment for equipping the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center (RSSPMC) of Urology and the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center (RSSPMC) of Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation and their regional branches listed below:

Detailed technical specifications are provided in the tender documentation, which will be made available to all interested parties upon written request to the Project Implementation Unit at the address below.
Interested bidders may submit their price offers for any single lot, for several individual lots, or for all lots together. The offer must include prices for all items specified in the lot. Each lot will be evaluated separately and the contract will be awarded to the company that offers the lowest estimated price and meets all parameters of the technical specification.
The deadline for submitting price proposals (offers) to the address specified above: no later than 15:00 PM (Tashkent time), January 10, 2025.
The price proposals will be publicly opened in the presence of representatives of the participants in the competitive selection who wish to attend in person, at the address indicated above in 15:15 (Tashkent time) January 10, 2025.
Price offers must be submitted on the following delivery terms:
- CIP-Tashkent (to the end user) for imported goods;
- EXW-Tashkent (to the end user) for domestic suppliers, plus the cost of other related services, such as insurance for delivery to the destination, according to INCOTERMS-2020.
The price of the goods must include the cost of delivery of the goods within the Buyer's Country, to the final recipient of the goods.
