- The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Integrated Perinatal Care Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Obstetric and Neonatal Equipment and Instruments (“the Goods”):

Bidders may bid for any, combination of, or all lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bids will be evaluated and contracts will be awarded on Lot-by-Lot basis. Bids shall contain 100% of items specified for each lot.
3. Open competitive bidding - International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:

6. To obtain the Bidding Documents in English at no cost, eligible bidders should write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for “IPCP/OCB-G-04: Obstetric and Neonatal Equipment and Instruments”. The documents will be sent by e-mail to the address stipulated in the request. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
7. Deliver your bid:
- to the address above on or before the deadline: 14 November 2024, 15:00 Hours (Tashkent Time) together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
- The “Integrated Perinatal Care” PIU will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
